Salary Range: $51,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures and system malfunctions in production machinery.
• Execute repairs, overhauls, and rebuilds of industrial equipment and components.
• Install, commission, and calibrate new machinery and production lines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals for repair and installation.
• Adhere strictly to safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Document all maintenance, repair activities, and parts inventory accurately.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing industrial machinery (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems).
• 3-5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
• Strong understanding and adherence to industrial safety protocols, including LOTO procedures.
• Relevant technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLCs and automation systems
• Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG)
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
