Key Responsibilities

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent continuous improvement experience.
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Bilingual fluency, particularly in Spanish, to support a diverse workforce.
• Experience working in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., FDA, ISO).
• Basic mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills.
