Salary Range: $100,000 - $147,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with manufacturing objectives.
• Manage procurement processes, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations for raw materials and components.
• Optimize inventory levels for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to minimize costs and support production.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Collaborate with production planning to ensure timely material availability and efficient manufacturing schedules.
• Monitor supply chain performance using key metrics, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier disruptions, quality issues, and market fluctuations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
• Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationship management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or advanced analytics platforms.
• Experience with ERP module implementation or significant upgrades (e.g., SAP MM/PP).
• International sourcing and logistics experience.
