Salary Range: $99,000 - $146,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage all aspects of procurement, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and raw material purchasing.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet production demands while minimizing carrying costs.
• Direct logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods.
• Implement demand planning and forecasting processes to align supply with production schedules and customer orders.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring continuity of supply and operational resilience.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain to enhance performance and reduce waste.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced data analysis tools.
• Demonstrated expertise in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and logistics management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and global sourcing strategies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with specific ERP modules for manufacturing (e.g., SAP PP, MM, QM)
• Fluency in a second language relevant to global sourcing or markets
