Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Oversee all quality control and assurance activities, including inspections and testing.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Manage supplier quality performance and conduct supplier audits.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of quality throughout manufacturing.
• Analyze quality data, prepare reports, and present on key quality performance indicators (KPIs).

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management roles within a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge and practical application of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and industry standards.
• Proficiency with quality methodologies and tools, such as Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management, development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with industry-specific quality standards (e.g., AS9100, IATF 16949, FDA regulations)
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Certified Lead Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001)
