Salary Range: $40,000 - $70,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes on various materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment, tools, and machinery.
• Inspect finished welds for quality, integrity, and adherence to specifications.
• Prepare materials for welding by cutting, grinding, and cleaning surfaces.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor welding issues and equipment malfunctions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in multiple welding processes, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
• Ability to read and accurately interpret blueprints, schechematics, and welding symbols.
• Demonstrated experience working with various metals such as steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and quality control standards in a manufacturing environment.
• Relevant welding certifications (e.g., AWS D1.1) or ability to pass certification tests.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with robotic or automated welding systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering blueprints, including GD&T.
• Cross-functional fabrication skills such as fitting, grinding, or basic machining.
• Certifications in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods (e.g., VT, PT, MT).
