Salary Range: $48,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Conduct timely repairs and adjustments to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
• Install, calibrate, and test new production equipment and systems.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, regulations, and company policies during maintenance activities.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related problems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in PLC diagnostics, programming, and repair.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Comprehensive understanding of industrial safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
• Technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) troubleshooting and programming.
• Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, stick).
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Experience with industrial robotics or automated systems.
