Salary Range: $51,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance (PM) on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Respond to and resolve equipment breakdowns and emergency repairs promptly.
• Install, commission, and relocate new and existing production equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Proven experience maintaining industrial production machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, and equipment calibration.
• Demonstrated understanding and adherence to industrial safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming or advanced troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in welding, fabrication, or machining.
• Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.
