Salary Range: $87,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors.
• Oversee the repair, installation, and upkeep of all production machinery and facility infrastructure.
• Manage the maintenance budget, control costs, and optimize spare parts inventory.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Minimize production downtime through effective troubleshooting and rapid response to equipment breakdowns.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing CMMS, PM, and PdM programs.
• Strong technical understanding of industrial mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proven leadership skills in managing, developing, and motivating maintenance teams while promoting a strong safety culture.
• Ability to analyze equipment failures, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency or administration experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
• Demonstrated experience implementing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles.
• Hands-on experience with PLC programming, HMI development, or advanced industrial automation systems.
