Salary Range: $48,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and facility infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and equipment history.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, LOTO procedures, and company policies.
• Install, calibrate, and commission new production machinery.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize operational efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.
• Familiarity with PLC operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced PLC programming and troubleshooting experience.
• Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• HVAC/refrigeration system maintenance and repair experience.
