Salary Range: $106,000 - $154,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Implement and monitor operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and reduce costs.
• Manage, train, and develop production teams, fostering a high-performance work environment.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Oversee inventory management, supply chain logistics, and material flow for optimal resource utilization.
• Analyze production data and implement continuous improvement initiatives to resolve bottlenecks.
• Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and capital expenditure effectively.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong background in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in managing budgets, cost control, and P&L responsibilities.
• Experience ensuring compliance with quality standards (e.g., ISO) and safety regulations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification
• Experience with specific ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Background in advanced data analytics or manufacturing simulation software
