Salary Range: $137,000 - $188,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
  • Fluency in a second language relevant to the local workforce or international operations.
  • Experience leading successful new plant startups or significant facility expansions.
  • Demonstrated experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, robotics integration).
