Salary Range: $48,000 - $71,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed inspections of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods against specifications.
- Conduct various tests on products and materials using precision measuring equipment.
- Document inspection and test results accurately, maintaining comprehensive quality records and reports.
- Identify, document, and report non-conformances or defects, assisting in root cause analysis.
- Calibrate and maintain inspection, measuring, and test equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in developing and revising quality control procedures and work instructions.
- Monitor production processes for quality deviations and recommend corrective actions.
Recommended Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree in a technical field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing quality assurance or quality control role.
- Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications (including GD&T).
- Basic understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
Bonus Qualifications
- ASQ certification (e.g., CQT, CQI) or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
- Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
- Experience with programming or operating CMMs or advanced vision systems
- Familiarity with specific industry quality standards (e.g., AS9100, IATF 16949, ISO 13485)
