Salary Range: $81,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for manufacturing initiatives.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality, and supply chain.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks related to production, materials, and timelines.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders and senior management.
• Oversee the implementation of new manufacturing processes, equipment, or product lines.

Recommended Qualifications

• PMP Certification or equivalent project management credential.
• 5+ years of project management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and supply chain management.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and project management software.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software or PLM systems
