Salary Range: $46,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machinery (mills, lathes) according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and G-code programs.
- Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as necessary to ensure quality production.
- Perform quality control checks on finished parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Load and unload materials, adjust machine settings, and replace worn tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine malfunctions or production issues.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on CNC equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC milling and/or turning machines.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T specifications.
- Demonstrated experience with precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, bore gauges).
- Solid understanding of G-code and M-code for program editing and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of various tooling, materials, and their applications in machining processes.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and maintaining quality standards.
Bonus Qualifications
- Proficiency with advanced CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks CAM)
- Experience operating and interpreting results from Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
- Ability to perform basic preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machinery
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
