Salary Range: $126,000 - $176,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including month-end close and preparation of financial statements.
• Oversee cost accounting activities, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes for manufacturing operations.
• Develop and maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to support operational decision-making and capital expenditure evaluations.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions to optimize liquidity.
• Coordinate and manage external financial audits.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive finance/accounting experience, with at least 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and standard costing methodologies.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience leading or significantly contributing to a major ERP implementation or upgrade in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in advanced data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for financial and operational reporting.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles and their application to cost reduction and process improvement.
• Demonstrated expertise in optimizing inventory valuation and working capital management within a complex manufacturing environment.
