Salary Range: $126,000 - $176,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
• Oversee and manage cost accounting activities, inventory valuation, and cost of goods sold analysis.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead the annual budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
• Develop, implement, and maintain strong internal controls and accounting policies.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for operational improvements and cost reduction.
• Coordinate and support external audits and tax compliance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and standard costing methodologies.
• Proven proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) and advanced data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting, coupled with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for production operations.
• CPA or CMA certification highly preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP system implementations or significant module optimizations (e.g., SAP CO, PP, MM).
• Certification or practical experience in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with advanced data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx).
• Background in supply chain finance, inventory optimization, or logistics cost analysis.
