Salary Range: $77,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, program, and implement PLC and HMI solutions for automated manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical, pneumatic, and control system malfunctions to minimize production downtime.
• Develop and maintain industrial control networks, including Ethernet/IP, Profinet, and Modbus.
• Lead commissioning activities for new equipment and process lines, ensuring operational readiness and performance.
• Optimize existing control systems for improved efficiency, reliability, and product quality.
• Create and maintain detailed electrical schematics, PLC programs, and system documentation.
• Ensure all control system designs and modifications comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell/Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
• Experience with industrial robotics (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA, ABB) and advanced motion control systems.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, and software issues in automated systems.
• Knowledge of machine safety standards and experience in designing and implementing safety-rated control systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robotics (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB) or machine vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) integration with control systems.
• Proficiency in database management (e.g., SQL, Historians) for data acquisition and analysis.
• Knowledge of industrial network architectures and cybersecurity principles for OT environments.
