Salary Range: $78,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and program PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for manufacturing processes.
• Implement and commission new automation equipment and control system upgrades.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and software control issues to minimize production downtime.
• Optimize existing control systems for improved efficiency, reliability, and safety.
• Maintain and update control system documentation, including electrical schematics and software backups.
• Ensure all control systems comply with relevant safety standards and industry regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance and production teams on automation systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems, including motion control, robotics, and safety systems.
• Experience with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet) and data acquisition.
• Ability to read, interpret, and design electrical schematics and control panel layouts.
• Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for complex automation issues in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robotics (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB).
• Proficiency with machine vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Familiarity with SCADA/MES systems and data integration.
• Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL) for data analysis and reporting.
