Salary Range: $79,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement industrial automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA.
  • Program and configure Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and robotic systems.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex automation system failures and control issues.
  • Optimize existing manufacturing processes for improved efficiency, reliability, and throughput.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation requirements and integrate new solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including electrical schematics, control narratives, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure all automation systems comply with safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Allen-Bradley) and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with industrial robotics (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB) for programming, integration, and maintenance.
  • Strong capability in HMI/SCADA system design and development.
  • Solid understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP/IP).
  • Demonstrated experience in manufacturing process automation, including sensor integration and process optimization.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with industrial robotics (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
  • Proficiency in industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
  • Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) or ERP integration.
  • Experience with industrial data historians or database integration for OEE/analytics.
