Salary Range: $67,000 - $100,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and monitor operational budgets and financial forecasts, particularly for production volumes and costs.
  • Analyze production variances (e.g., material, labor, overhead) and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare financial reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for manufacturing performance.
  • Evaluate capital expenditure requests for new equipment, facilities, and process improvements.
  • Perform inventory valuation, obsolescence analysis, and stock turn analysis.
  • Support cost reduction initiatives and operational efficiency projects with financial modeling.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and manufacturing finance.
  • Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
  • Ability to perform detailed variance analysis and identify root causes.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and SQL.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies
