Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure the high availability and reliability of IT infrastructure and operational technology (OT) systems critical for manufacturing operations.
• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of manufacturing-specific software systems (e.g., ERP, MES, SCADA).
• Develop and enforce robust cybersecurity policies and protocols to protect corporate data, intellectual property, and industrial control systems (ICS).
• Lead IT strategic planning, budgeting, and project management to support manufacturing growth and digital transformation initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and support for all IT-related issues, ensuring efficient resolution and minimal disruption to production.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and contracts for hardware, software, and services relevant to manufacturing environments.
• Ensure IT systems and processes comply with industry regulations, data privacy standards, and internal corporate policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing IT infrastructure, network operations, and cybersecurity within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in implementing and optimizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Demonstrated ability to lead IT projects, manage vendors, and oversee IT budgets, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
• Strong understanding of operational technology (OT) and IT/OT convergence, including SCADA, IoT, and Industry 4.0 principles.
• Experience developing and executing strategic IT roadmaps that support production efficiency, quality control, and digital transformation initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SCADA, or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.
• Knowledge of operational technology (OT) cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with industrial IoT deployments and data analytics for production optimization.
