Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily fabrication activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of fabricators, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Ensure all fabricated components comply with engineering specifications and quality control requirements.
• Optimize fabrication processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and control costs.
• Coordinate with engineering, production planning, and quality control to resolve issues and improve manufacturability.
• Maintain fabrication equipment and ensure a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on fabrication experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role, guiding fabrication teams.
• Strong ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in various fabrication techniques, including welding, cutting, and forming.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and quality control standards.

Bonus Qualifications
