Salary Range: $69,000 - $103,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models and market intelligence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and production to gather insights and align on a consensus forecast.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to identify demand drivers and risks.
• Drive the demand planning input for the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, identifying root causes for deviations and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage demand planning parameters and data within the ERP or demand planning system.
• Contribute to inventory optimization efforts by providing reliable demand signals for production planning.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a related supply chain role within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proficiency with demand planning software (e.g., SAP APO, IBP, Kinaxis) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, lead times, and inventory management principles.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced forecasting and demand planning software (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Anaplan).
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Proficiency in SQL or Python for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
