Salary Range: $69,000 - $103,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for finished goods and raw materials.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to refine forecasts.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to gather demand intelligence and consensus.
• Utilize statistical forecasting models and demand planning software to generate projections.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, identify root causes for deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide demand input for the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Assess the impact of demand forecasts on inventory levels, production schedules, and material planning.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of various forecasting methodologies and their application.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working cross-functionally.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced planning systems (APS) like SAP IBP, Kinaxis RapidResponse, or o9 Solutions
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Experience applying statistical modeling or machine learning techniques to demand forecasting
