Salary Range: $76,000 - $121,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components for manufacturing equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in production machinery and control systems to minimize downtime.
- Implement and manage electrical projects, including installation, upgrades, and commissioning of new equipment.
- Optimize electrical control systems, PLCs, and HMIs to improve manufacturing efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, codes (e.g., NEC, NFPA 70E), and company policies.
- Develop and maintain accurate electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Provide technical support and training to maintenance technicians and production personnel on electrical systems.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and HMI development.
- Strong understanding of industrial control systems, including SCADA, VFDs, and motor controls.
- Experience with electrical power distribution systems, including design, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E) and arc flash analysis.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and automation issues in a manufacturing environment.
Bonus Qualifications
- Proficiency with industrial automation control systems (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA).
- Experience integrating and programming industrial robotics.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
- Experience with machine vision systems for quality control or inspection.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
