Salary Range: $48,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and complex calibrations on manufacturing equipment and instrumentation.
- Document calibration results, generate certificates, and maintain accurate calibration records.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair malfunctioning measurement and test equipment.
- Develop and optimize calibration procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage and maintain calibration standards and reference equipment.
- Ensure all calibration activities comply with internal quality standards and external regulations (e.g., ISO, FDA).
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to schedule and minimize downtime during calibration.
Recommended Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Metrology, Electronics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent military training/certifications.
- 2+ years of experience in calibration, metrology, or a precision measurement environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of fundamental measurement principles, calibration standards (e.g., ISO 17025), and various test equipment.
- Proficiency in meticulous data recording, maintaining calibration records, and generating accurate reports.
- Aptitude for troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with measurement equipment and processes.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with automated calibration systems (e.g., LabVIEW, MET/CAL).
- Understanding of measurement uncertainty principles (GUM).
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- ASQ Certified Calibration Technician (CCT) or similar professional certification.
- Proficiency with CMMS or calibration management software.
