Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies and initiatives.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies across manufacturing operations.
• Coach, train, and mentor employees at all levels on CI principles and tools.
• Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, waste, and areas for improvement.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, workshops, and structured problem-solving sessions.
• Establish metrics and track the impact of CI projects on key performance indicators.
• Promote and embed a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Recommended Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• 5+ years of hands-on continuous improvement experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional improvement projects and drive sustainable change.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills, with proficiency in relevant tools.
• Certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) implementation.
• Certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for performance tracking.
