Salary Range: $59,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and evaluate finishing department personnel.
• Ensure all finished products consistently meet quality standards and specifications.
• Monitor and optimize finishing line operations to achieve production targets and efficiency.

• Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of finishing equipment and machinery.
