Salary Range: $52,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and calibrate manufacturing equipment at customer locations.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and scheduled service on machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and software issues.
• Execute emergency repairs and replace faulty components to restore equipment functionality.
• Provide technical support and training to customer personnel on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Document all service activities, repairs performed, and parts utilized accurately.
• Adhere strictly to safety regulations, company policies, and customer site protocols.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Associate's degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics and diagrams.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently (e.g., 50-75%) to customer sites.
• Experience with PLC diagnostics and basic programming/modification.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with PLC programming or HMI configuration.
• Experience with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
• Proficiency with advanced diagnostic tools (e.g., vibration analysis, thermal imaging).
• Basic welding or fabrication skills for minor on-site repairs.
