Salary Range: $50,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and test manufacturing equipment at customer locations.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance, inspections, and calibrations on machinery.

• Conduct emergency repairs and component replacements to restore equipment functionality.
• Provide technical training and support to customer staff on equipment operation and basic maintenance.

• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while working on-site.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude, including PLCs, motor controls, and hydraulics/pneumatics.
• Associate's degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills for technical explanations and client interaction.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and perform diagnostic procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced diagnostic tools (e.g., thermal imaging, vibration analysis).
• Basic welding, fabrication, or machining skills for minor on-site repairs.
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to client base or international travel.
• Familiarity with industrial IT networking principles (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
