Salary Range: $87,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Statistical Process Control (SPC) plans and process capability studies.
• Conduct Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) and validate inspection and test methods.
• Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Facilitate cross-functional teams in problem-solving and process improvement initiatives using quality tools.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in core quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and 8D problem solving.
• Strong understanding and application of statistical methods for process control and data analysis.
• Demonstrated experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100).
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
• Experience with AI/Machine Learning applications for predictive quality or process optimization
• Proficiency in integrating Quality Management Systems with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or ERP (e.g., SAP QM)
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing digital quality solutions (e.g., automated inspection, digital twins)
