Salary Range: $56,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of assembly technicians and operators.
• Ensure daily production schedules, quality standards, and output targets are consistently met.
• Train, mentor, and develop assembly personnel on processes, safety, and quality procedures.
• Monitor assembly line performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, enforcing all company safety policies and procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and production standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex)
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
• Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives
