Salary Range: $81,000 - $121,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and support for manufacturing software and hardware applications.
• Assist in the integration, configuration, and deployment of new applications on the production floor.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to application performance and functionality in manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and sales teams to define requirements and optimize application usage.
• Develop and deliver technical training and documentation for end-users on manufacturing applications.
• Conduct application testing and validation to ensure reliability and efficiency within the manufacturing environment.
• Analyze manufacturing workflows to identify opportunities for application-driven process improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam, Siemens NX).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, automation, or additive manufacturing.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical support, pre-sales engineering, or field applications role.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to manufacturing equipment or software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical explanations and presentations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Practical experience with advanced manufacturing technologies such as CNC machining, additive manufacturing, or robotics.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, VBA) for automation or custom tool development.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven experience developing and delivering technical training or comprehensive documentation for end-users.
