Salary Range: $78,000 - $118,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support and guidance for product integration and application in manufacturing environments.
• Analyze customer manufacturing processes and recommend optimal product solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct product demonstrations, pilot projects, and training sessions for customers and internal teams on new technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to product performance and application on production lines.
• Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to provide customer feedback and drive product improvements.
• Develop and document application notes, best practices, and technical guides for manufacturing specific use cases.
• Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and optimization of manufacturing equipment and software.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., CNC machining, automation, robotics, additive manufacturing).
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software for design, simulation, and programming.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose complex technical challenges and develop practical engineering solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical explanations and customer engagement.
• Experience providing technical support, demonstrations, or training in a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., additive manufacturing, robotics, AI/ML in manufacturing).
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Python, R, Power BI) for manufacturing process optimization.
• Prior experience in a technical sales or pre-sales engineering capacity.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
