Salary Range: $85,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with multiple companies in Delta Township seeking experienced Advanced Quality Engineers. Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventative actions (CAPA) for critical quality issues.
• Develop and implement advanced quality plans (APQP) for new product introductions, including PPAP submission oversight.
• Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other statistical methods to monitor process capability and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct internal and external quality audits (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) to ensure compliance and identify areas for system enhancement.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing engineering to integrate quality requirements early in the product lifecycle.
• Manage customer quality escalations, provide detailed 8D reports, and ensure effective resolution of field failures.
• Drive the application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce variation and improve manufacturing efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for data interpretation and decision-making.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 quality management systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for advanced data analysis and machine learning applications.
• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI for predictive quality, digital twins).
• ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE).
