Salary Range: $124,000 - $174,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality, and supply chain management.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve operational excellence and market growth objectives.
• Manage full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting to ensure profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Drive operational efficiency and productivity through the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization.
• Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure product quality and delivery targets are met.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive experience in manufacturing operations, including lean principles, quality control, and supply chain management.
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility and strong financial acumen.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
• Track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of operational excellence.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with M&A integration or divestitures
• Multilingual proficiency relevant to global operations
• Proven experience implementing significant digital transformation initiatives (e.g., new ERP, Industry 4.0 technologies)
