Salary Range: $57,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of a manufacturing team.
• Ensure production targets are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Train and mentor new and existing team members.
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations and procedures.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions.
• Manage workflow and allocate resources effectively.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, including previous leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate and guide a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Proficiency in production scheduling, performance monitoring, and basic data analysis.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or continuous improvement initiatives is a plus.

• - Forklift certification and experience operating various types of forklifts
