Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to support production schedules and minimize carrying costs.
- Develop and implement robust cycle counting and physical inventory programs to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor and report on key inventory performance indicators (KPIs) such as accuracy, turns, and obsolescence.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in inventory management processes and systems.
- Collaborate with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams to optimize material flow and storage.
- Manage the disposition of slow-moving, obsolete, and damaged inventory.
Recommended Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in inventory management or supply chain roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles, forecasting techniques, and warehouse operations, including cycle counting.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience leading a team.
Bonus Qualifications
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency with advanced data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL) for inventory optimization.
- Familiarity with specific ERP systems like SAP or Oracle for inventory management.
- Experience implementing or managing automated inventory systems (e.g., AS/RS, AGVs).
