Salary Range: $67,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain critical IT infrastructure (servers, networks, workstations) ensuring high availability for manufacturing operations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for production systems, industrial controls (SCADA/PLC), and manufacturing software.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and operational technology (OT) environments.
• Perform regular data backups and develop disaster recovery plans for critical manufacturing systems.
• Administer network infrastructure, including industrial networks, ensuring reliable connectivity for production lines.
• Manage software deployment, patching, and updates for manufacturing-specific applications and operating systems.
• Maintain IT hardware inventory and lifecycle management for both office and production floor equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Proficiency in network infrastructure management, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, PLCs, and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
• Experience with server hardware, storage solutions (SAN/NAS), and robust backup/disaster recovery strategies.
• Solid understanding of IT/OT cybersecurity principles and best practices in a manufacturing setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Operational Technology (OT) systems (e.g., PLCs, SCADA, MES).
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols and standards (e.g., Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP).
• Administration experience with manufacturing-specific ERP or MES systems.
• Knowledge of IT/OT security frameworks and compliance relevant to industrial environments.
