Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including procurement of supplies, equipment maintenance, and general facility upkeep.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to leadership and various departments, including production and operations.
  • Coordinate HR administrative functions, such as onboarding, personnel record management, and payroll assistance.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and service agreements for office and manufacturing facility needs.
  • Assist with financial record-keeping, expense reports, and invoice processing.
  • Maintain essential compliance documentation and records, particularly related to safety and operational procedures.
  • Facilitate internal communications and meeting coordination across all departments.

Recommended Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of office management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience utilizing ERP/MRP systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage administrative tasks in a fast-paced production setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction across all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to support procurement, invoicing, and basic HR/payroll functions.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) for data entry or report generation.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols and compliance (e.g., OSHA).
  • Understanding of basic supply chain processes or MRO procurement.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating IT needs in a production environment.
