Salary Range: $72,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and procedures for manufactured products.
• Perform functional, performance, and reliability testing of hardware and software components.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and document them in bug tracking systems.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment and ensure its proper functioning.
• Create and maintain test reports and documentation for product release.
• Participate in design reviews to provide input on testability and quality.
• Implement automated testing solutions to improve efficiency and coverage.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in developing and executing test plans and procedures for manufactured products.
• Proficiency in using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, and data acquisition systems.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
• Experience with automation testing tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, LabVIEW).
• Ability to interpret schematics, drawings, and technical specifications.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with automated test equipment (ATE) programming and maintenance.
• - Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) principles and software.
• - Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• - Experience with root cause analysis techniques for manufacturing defects.
• - Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, LabVIEW) for test automation.
