Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop floor operations, ensuring efficient production flow and adherence to schedules.
• Manage and develop a team of production staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and scheduling.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
• Monitor production output, quality control, and identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Maintain inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods, coordinating with procurement.
• Ensure equipment maintenance schedules are followed and address any operational issues promptly.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, quality assurance, and logistics, to achieve production goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing operations and shop floor management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in inventory management and supply chain principles.
• Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to manage budgets and control operational costs effectively.
