Salary Range: $52,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily shipping and receiving operations.
• Supervise and train shipping and receiving personnel.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and cycle counts.
• Maintain organized and safe warehouse conditions.
• Process incoming shipments, verify contents, and report discrepancies.
• Schedule and coordinate outgoing shipments with carriers.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Generate shipping labels, bills of lading, and other required documentation.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a shipping and receiving environment, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and warehouse operations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with shipping software and documentation (e.g., BOLs, packing lists).
• Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle WMS)
