Salary Range: $48,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify product specifications.
- Document inspection results accurately, including acceptance/rejection status and identified non-conformances.
- Identify and report defects, deviations, and non-compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Initiate and complete Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for rejected materials or products.
- Collaborate with production personnel to address quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure all manufactured products meet established quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Demonstrated experience using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM).
- Solid understanding of quality control methodologies, inspection techniques, and relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong observational skills for identifying defects and non-conformities.
- Ability to accurately document inspection results, generate reports, and maintain quality records.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing quality inspection or assurance role.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) operation or programming
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
- Basic statistical process control (SPC) knowledge
- Ability to interpret and work with CAD models/drawings
