Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor Green Belts and project teams in the application of Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Identify, define, and prioritize improvement projects aligned with manufacturing strategic goals.
  • Drive the execution of complex, cross-functional Six Sigma projects from initiation to closure.
  • Utilize advanced statistical tools and analysis to identify root causes of defects and inefficiencies.
  • Develop and implement sustainable solutions to improve product quality, reduce waste, and optimize processes.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Track, measure, and report on project progress, savings, and key performance indicators to leadership.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making throughout the manufacturing organization.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successfully leading and completing complex Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment, demonstrating measurable improvements in quality, efficiency, and cost reduction.
  • Extensive experience in applying a wide range of Six Sigma methodologies and tools (e.g., DMAIC, DMADV, SPC, DOE, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis) to solve manufacturing-specific problems.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including production planning, lean manufacturing principles, supply chain management, and quality control systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma principles and project execution.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and statistical analysis skills, with proficiency in statistical software packages.
  • Experience in change management and driving organizational buy-in for Six Sigma initiatives within a manufacturing setting.
