Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex Six Sigma projects to improve manufacturing processes and reduce defects.
• Train and mentor Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Analyze data to identify root causes of manufacturing issues and develop data-driven solutions.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and sustain gains.
• Develop and present project status updates, findings, and recommendations to management.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and quality throughout the manufacturing organization.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction within manufacturing operations.
• Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and strategic goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully leading and completing complex Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of statistical analysis tools and methodologies relevant to manufacturing processes (e.g., DOE, SPC, Hypothesis Testing).
• Expertise in root cause analysis techniques and problem-solving frameworks applicable to manufacturing challenges.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma principles and tools.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, including production planning, supply chain, quality control, and lean principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills to drive project buy-in and implementation.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
• - Proficiency in statistical software beyond Minitab (e.g., R, Python).
• - Experience with advanced simulation modeling.
• - Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI, machine learning) in manufacturing.
• - Cross-functional team leadership experience beyond project teams.
