Salary Range: $73,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records across all systems and locations.
- Develop, implement, and oversee cycle counting and physical inventory programs.
- Analyze inventory data to optimize stock levels, minimize obsolescence, and prevent stockouts.
- Establish and enforce inventory control procedures for receiving, storage, material issuance, and shipping.
- Collaborate with production, purchasing, and warehousing departments to ensure material availability and flow.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies, performing root cause analysis.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for inventory management processes and systems.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in inventory control or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced inventory management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of inventory control principles, including cycle counting, ABC analysis, and material flow.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience with advanced inventory optimization or demand planning software
- Project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives
