Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain, including inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• Oversee inventory control, warehousing, and material flow to support production schedules and minimize costs.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and service levels.
• Monitor logistics performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant domestic and international shipping regulations, customs, and trade requirements.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales teams to align logistics activities with business objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in logistics, supply chain management, or transportation, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency with logistics software (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP systems) and data analytics tools.
• In-depth knowledge of domestic and international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and freight forwarding.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize logistics processes, manage budgets, and lead teams effectively.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with automated warehouse systems or robotics.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs processes.
