Salary Range: $72,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on demand forecasts and capacity.
• Translate customer orders and sales forecasts into detailed production plans.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure schedule alignment.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules in response to changes or disruptions.
• Identify and resolve production scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, and material shortages.
• Optimize resource utilization, including labor, equipment, and raw materials, to meet production targets.
• Analyze capacity requirements and contribute to long-range capacity planning.

Recommended Qualifications

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in production planning and master scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for planning and scheduling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Demonstrated understanding of demand forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software (e.g., Kinaxis RapidResponse, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent experience in process optimization.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for advanced performance analytics.
• APICS CPIM certification.
